Most exchanges / returns are processed within 2-3 business days. We will charge your account the shipping cost and you will receive the UPS tracking information via email once your exchange has been shipped. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - Many items require special care because of high quality fabrics and leathers. If defects in the materials occur, it is usually within a 30 day period. Therefore, returns of defective items is allowed 30 days from the day of purchase. If there is an extreme circumstance of defect beyond the 30 days, it will be evaluated and a decision will be made on the claim. RETURNS ON GOALS OR LARGE FIELD EQUIPMENT - Soccer goals and large field equipment is shipped directly from the factory.
