Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 5 business days, depending on your distance from us.

Items that are received that are not accepted must be sent back within 30 days of invoice date and we will promptly refund your money or exchange for another iem. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was/were damaged or shipped in error. UNWORN/UNUSED items in new condition with ALL packaging intact may be returned for exchange, refund or online store credit. ALL return instructions/policies must be observed. 1. ALL CLOSEOUT ITEMS, TEAM / BULK / SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As per vendor agreements with adidas, Nike, Puma, etc., we cannot process orders with a billing and/or shipping address outside of the United States. RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON WORN FOOTWEAR AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED EVEN IF THE SHOES HAVE BEEN CLEANED. Please try on shoes inside (on rug, carpet or other soft/non-marking surface) to make sure shoes fit properly. ALL RETURNS MUST BE FIRST APPROVED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

2. ALL RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS ARE HANDLED VIA EMAIL. Returns cannot be handled over the phone.
   
3. Most exchanges / returns are processed within 2-3 business days. We will charge your account the shipping cost and you will receive the UPS tracking information via email once your exchange has been shipped. We do not accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient." Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has been issued. Adjustments on your credit card should appear within two billing cycles. Include a copy of your invoice with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE written on the INVOICE AND LABEL and send to:

4. SOCCER UNLIMITED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IN TRANSIT FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. If you receive the incorrect item, please call (800) 834-8991 so we can check availability and send correct item out. If your exchange is out of stock or on backorder, a refund or store credit must be issued. Shipping costs for exchange of wrong items will be paid by SOCCERUNLIMITEDusa.com and orders back to you will ship for FREE.
   
   
5. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - Many items require special care because of high quality fabrics and leathers. If defects in the materials occur, it is usually within a 30 day period. Therefore, returns of defective items is allowed 30 days from the day of purchase. If there is an extreme circumstance of defect beyond the 30 days, it will be evaluated and a decision will be made on the claim. Defective claims can be made by emailing us at returns@soccerunlimitedusa.com.
   
   
6. RETURNS ON GOALS OR LARGE FIELD EQUIPMENT - Soccer goals and large field equipment is shipped directly from the factory. If an item is defective and needs to be returned, special handling and shipping instructions are required and restocking fees may apply. Please email returns@soccerunlimitedusa.com for details.
